Chile was a wellcome relief after the interesting but desperately poor Bolivia. Including the poor quality of hygenie, food and combination of both.
Chile was like many countries, I loved Santiago, beautiful parks, good food and we even went to see a Beatles tribute band that had 5 members and made no effort to look like the Beatles, but they sounded amazing. Osorno, glaciers and the swiss/alpine region was my favourite, Los Largos to Barriloche was wondeful. My only regret being that we did not have time to explore moreno & tierra del fuego. The stark beauty of Atacama desert and the funny little wild west town was memorible.
I'm sorry I went to see a Boca play and Flamenco, but no-one in Chile. I think my mrs was getting fed up with me abandoning her and disapperaring to watch football all over S America.
