    I remember many being gutted we didnt get De Boar. Hindsight is a wonderful thing of course. I was excited about Poch and what he could do for our young players development, and now I'm excited by the prospect of what Jose can do with those developed players and turn them into winners

    but when you are losing/drawing most games you have to start with not losing, not conceding, and then build on attractive free flowing football from there. His first task is to sure us up at the back to stop conceding first or straight after we score.
