    I liked the sliding scale of 1-10 on deals mentioned earlier. Can't recall who it was raised it...sorry. I don't mean that ITKs should quantify their information, just that it's useful to keep in mind. ITK "done" should be treated as a 9...a 10 is when its on the OS. We should celebrate at 10.
