    Team Vs Brighton

He didn't used to anywhere near as much when Walker was here. You can't expect success when you switch it week in week out, we need continuity, especially when we are struggling. Aurier should have a run of games with Trip getting the odd game here and there. We will be much more dynamic.

Because Aurier was excellent last night and Poch needs to stop disrupting form by switching players. We need stability and that means rewarding players for good performances. Sanchez and Aurier should both start.

He should do, definitely. In fact last night he said he was deleting his account. His next tweet stated that he was not going to let this abuser win. This person wasn't abusing him btw. If you can't handle criticism you shouldn't be on there. In contrast I think Stevens has handled everything...

    Three Defeats in a Row

I firmly believe he were to be moving into the NWHL for the next game everything would change. The positivity from it would act as a catalyst, at the moment that positivity is hard to find and were doing a bit of soul-searching.

That's the claim that is winding him up! Loads of fans are saying he is sucking up to Levy because he is employed by the club.

    Mauricio Pochettino

Yeah I agree with your first point. Binning off GKN and bringing in (David Neres, for example) wouldn't make us weaker, we'd either strengthen or maintain. The problem is when you take punts on general unknowns, then you can't get rid. I thought the club had surpassed that stage of buying...

I agree to an extent because what's the point in progression if it is immediately followed by regression?

    Mauricio Pochettino

I find it confusing when Poch rejects certain signings. He inherited Dier, Rose and a group of players who may not have been deemed good enough by other clubs. His biggest strength has always been making decent players brilliant players, so if we can't sign a Kovacic he should be accepting of...

Beating Chelsea in March feels like such a very long time ago. Since then - we failed to sign a single player despite making noises that now was the time - the club have failed to communicate appropriately with the fans regarding the new stadium move - we've had the announcement to playing in...

Need to get moved into the stadium ASAP really. Due to all the negativity at the moment the entire club needs a lift.

    Mauricio Pochettino

Through experimenting I do believe Poch will come out stronger as a manager and coach, I just hope he doesn't experiment for too long and it ends up costing him his job and us a good chunk of players.

He quite simply has to get a familiar 11 back and stick with them until we get out of the mire. Chopping and changing just adds to the confusion and won't breed calmness and consistency. It feels like he's over compensating for all the "he needs to improve his in-game management" concerns...

I said multiple times last season we needed to be patient with him. I still think he will have moments but the shortcomings will be worth it.
