    This suits city. They know we are short of strikers and if they wait until the 31st it might mean we get off to a poor start to the season and therefore less chance of challenging this year. Makes sense as far as they are concerned to wait as long as possible before agreeing to the deal.

    Some thoughts on cheating and how to stop it

    I agree with the fourth official being used. In fact if the referee automatically "played on" but said to the fourth official "PLease check", there would be no pause to the game except to award a foul. There would have to be a time limit eg 30 seconds but the game would continue to flow.
