    I have no issues upgrading on Davies and we do need back up there. However, given Davies is already a 7/10 player and super consistent, I just wonder whether we get more bang for our buck - given limited funds - from spending bigger on WBs, CM, or AM. Obviously if 1 or 2 of the positions needed...

    Thanks for passing along. So are these problems the result of Poch losing his touch or are they the culmination of a much-needed regeneration of the team being put off until now? I'm not sure but I definitely wouldn't preclude the latter. We have been talking about squad issues for a while...

    Agree with almost everything you said except I think playing Wanayama in the middle is a recipe for disaster. He struggled massively against Ajax's quick press and Liverpool's press is even more intense. Has to be Winks because at least he can release the ball quickly.
