I imagine all fans get excited and optimistic with an imminent transfer window and I am no exception, but I note that Inside Futbol's transfer predictions for 5 of the top 6 clubs (no stats for Man City) average an accuracy of 6%!
If you look at the number of games played by Toby/Jan/Rose/Lamela/Kane and Winks, those stats don't look great, either. We all know that Bale has a fair share of injuries, but his abilities as a footballer would be a great asset to Spurs (if it ever happens).
It could be doable. £10m loan fee + the £250K weekly is relative peanuts to get our hands on such a wonderful player, a player who could push Spurs on to greater things. A one season loan would presumably work out at around £19m.

I didn't say appeal to reduce the ban. I said to appeal the red card and it is possible, in light of the provocation and over-reacion by Lerma, that the ban may be reduced. In addition it may prompt the FA to look at Lerma's actions.
Each and every team ends the season where they deserve to be. We will end the season at least fourth and possibly third, ergo, that is where we deserve to finish and to qualify for the CL next season. Of course, if Arsenal were to win the Europa we would be out of the CL and then that position...
