Agree. I don’t want change. But you know it will be the case.

    Manager Watch: Ange Postecoglou

I just said in a WhatsApp group that if things don’t change drastically then I would be surprised if he’s here at Christmas. Which is soul crushing to say. Signings are needed, that’s undeniable. But it’s the simple things that shouldn’t require signings that are the predominant reason we are...

But you can adapt mid season. The same key issues have been there for all to see for a long time. Our set piece coaches need sacking as a start.

    spot on.

We won’t be better at set pieces by signing players. I can guarantee you that.

Unacceptable that we have won 3 headers off 16 corners. At least 7 of those have been uncontested. Coaching set pieces clearly non existent.

    Manager Watch: Ange Postecoglou

Look, Ange has been a breath of fresh air on the most part, but that does not mean he cannot be criticised. His philosophy on the whole is great, but he has to adapt. He cannot continue to have a single style with no alternative regardless of opponent. They have to review the goals against...

    Player Watch: Pierre-Emile Højbjerg

He wasn’t awful in the first 20 minutes. He was awful in the last. Which is why Forest got into and arguably had the better of the game by half time. I did watch the match again when I got home. I watched for specifically that reason. I wanted to see the differences. Bissouma was not doing the...

    Player Watch: Pierre-Emile Højbjerg

I disagree. Bissouma was awful. Slow, hiding, out of position and lazy. I called him and his general play as an issue accompanied with Sarrs positioning well before half time. Hojbjerg deserves a lot of credit. Go and watch his contribution to those first 20 minutes again. He was key. Also, why...

    Player Watch: Pierre-Emile Højbjerg

Yes. He also changed the game. But this is the Hojbjerg thread. He came on, sat in the hole, played it simple. Made some key passes. Moved to make the angle and was basically faultless for the first 20 minutes which led to us winning the game.

Absolute no brainer!! How any questions this based on his output so far (3 assists in last 3 games and plenty of other chances created). 15 million to add a current starter with a top attitude who can be rotated in and out when needed is a no brainer.

Changed the game yesterday. If you can’t see that, you don’t have eyes!

Match Threads West Ham vs Spurs

I agree. It was never a roll them over game. We made a crucial mistake on a corner, and that mattered. But had we taken multiple attacking opportunities it wouldn’t have. I still think offensively we need to be more effective if we want to win these type of matches, and that is the bigger issue...

I don’t disagree. But I still say we need to be putting teams away.

Well our manager does. Because he just said that, and not for the first time.
