If any costs are being incurred by The Club including any Director / Employee for time working on the Applications for Properties owned offshore by ENIC it would be normal practise for the services to be invoiced.

It does seem a stretch too far and a smaller incremental increase would have a better chance of being agreed. Martin Ball isn’t the greatest spark and could easily have got it all completely wrong.
