Just been watching Darren Bents post match interview, and when asked about Pav giving him some help with his workload he replies "Yea Deffiniatly, I mean, he is injured at the moment..."

Anyone heard anything about this?

No but I thought I heard that too. Why would he go off to Russia if he was injured - unless (maybe like we do occasionally) the national doctor needs to make sure they are injured and will then send him home/to us? If he is injured I hope it doesn't delay his debut against Villa.

Well he is probably injured. No reason for Bent to be making it up. It's probably nothing serious though.

Or if he is injured, putting his feet up at his matrimonial home with his wife and kids aroung him for a few days.

yep - this injury biz has me worried -

well guess we' know by next Saturday - a bit long to wait tho

I heard from someone inside the club, very close and very ITK (can not give his name, but he is on the playing staff, and scored yesterday) that Pav IS injured, how is that for an ITK

I guess if Pav passed the medical then there is nothing serious to worry about. I'm confident he will play and score against Villa in 2 weeks!
