That was a huge win. After some underwhelming performances through the first few months of the season I feel that we're really starting to find our feet under AVB now. Looking more solid and dominating the flow of games much better. Our gradual improvement bodes well for the season ahead. Just gotta shore up the home form a bit.

That sit down chat with one of the refs (Mariner?) clearly did fuck all good.

Did not expect that response in the second half, opening 10 minutes we were fantastic and could've easily scored 3 or 4. Great performance and a wonderful goal from Lennon. Naughton was my man of the match today, played brilliantly. Dempsey and Parker came on and looked good too, Dempsey really has settled in now and is becoming one of my favourites, guess he'll stay in the side for the next few games now.

Why do Sky do it, so ridiculously biased.

It's bizarre. I find him strangely affable, he is honest enough, but he is inevitably going to have bias. The guy is Mr Sunderland, and ex-Arsenal to boot. Sky should not employ him for this game on that principle. Having been employed, I find it hard to hate on the guy, as he gives it a fair go, conceded we were better side, etc, but as you say, what were Sky thinking?

In other news, that was a massive win

Hopefully we will be at least fourth at year's end. We may even be third. Imagine that, all you AVB haters!

Should've been 3 or 4-1 but for the fucking yellow to bale, wtf!!! Can you appeal yellows?

I think it's one where you do not appeal, as it's against READING. The call was a bad one, but Bale's simulation in the past has led to this, it was nearly inevitable. Had it been another player, the call surely would have went our way.

A very good win, especially to turn things around like that when we went in 1-0 down. Should have been a more comfortable scoreline but oh well, another three points :)

couldnt believe walker giving away that cheap foul again at the end:ROFLMAO: but he is young i guess, perhaps not ready to played constantly throughout a season as he has had too many poor games this season.

thought ol' deuce looked good in his cameo, delightful ball that sent ade through on goal, VDV wouldve been proud.

both strikers however had their clown shoes on today.

If bale is banned for one match, then so should the ref by the FA, just booked him soley based on reputation when it was a penatly, hope he gets called up on this and feels like a right bitch

Great win. Should've scored more goals. Our strikers were wasteful! Credit to AVB playing Dawson and Caulker, they're strength in the air was vital.

Deserved win that and should have been a much more comfortable margin. Referee was disgusting today and the lads just got on with it. Sunderland came out with a blatant plan to win as many free kicks as possible. Anytime anybody touched Sessegnon he went down and over came Larson to try and steal something. Referee gave them every single call then booked Blae for what should have been our first penalty of the season. They should appeal the Bale yellow. Dawson and Walker were guilty of playing into their tactics and gave away numerous stupid free kicks but that was a professional away win today. This Spurs team is the real deal.

So chuffed today about time things started to go our way. I wonder if we can keep a positive head for next week. :)
