We're not working hard enough, the only thing I can give QPR is that they're providing a lot of pressure but they're also way too hands on. I know it's a contact sport but every bloody time Mbia goes for a challenge he puts his hands all over the player and drags them down. The ref has just been giving the benefit of the doubt to the home team all the way through and is making the game increasingly frustrating due to stopping the game every 5 seconds, we can't build up any momentum.

2nd half we need to bring Dempsey on for Ade, he's been completely ineffective and won't come to the ball. They've intercepted it half a dozen times due to him waiting for the ball to come to him. The ref ain't helping and QPR are just playing aggressively, but we certainly aren't helping ourselves either.

Others did warn us this would happen with Adebayor...

He's all smiles and has a 'desire' to play for the team but as soon as you tie him up in a contract...

Shame really.

Ade doesn't seem to want to be out there...or at Spurs for that matter.

Looks like he's playing Sunday football

Caulker should be playing over Dawson. The difference between Dawson and Vertonghen is embarrassing.

M'bia should be in the book. Dembele gets booked for one accidental trip, M'bia hasn't for about 200 brutal fouls. Luckily he's not as good at football as he is at fighting.

We need to get Adebayor off. Not just the pitch, but our books. Once again, he's more a hindrance than a help. Another shocking display. The ball just bounces off him, he loses it every single time without fail. He needs to go. He's shit. I don't know why people blindly stick up for him week in, week out when he's piss poor (generous) every single game.

We need to go five in the midfield and get a bit of creativity in that packed middle area. Sigurdsson would be my choice over Dempsey, but either of them will do. Definitely for Adebayor. At least Defoe can finish.

To be fair he hit Bale with a few early on.

fair enough mate, i missed the early part. Dont get me wrong, love it when they come off. Just frustrated when they dont.

I appreciate QPR are closing down the space and restricting the options, but i wish we had a bit more patience on the ball. Bore them to death, adn keep passing.

game at WHL was similar - second half we came on strong, hope same happens because we have been dreadful so far

QPR played a decent game unlike parking the BUS.... Let's see, but I think the Rs will win this today.. Show pony to score again, ADE cannot score in a Brothel..

I worry every time they attack down our right as kyle walker is a liablilty defensively for me, only his pace gets him out of troubles, switches off too much, why can't we try naughton on the right and bring benni on, and as most have said it wouldn't hurt if adebayor at least pretended to run about abit.

After a decent first ten its been awful. dembele and lennon look like they are running in treacle. ade might as well be on the plane. naughton and walker looking iffy. qpr playing great to be fair, harry did often make us really hard to beat against bigger teams and they are well set up. their need is greater than ours if u like and if we dont up it i fear wel lose here again. no more hoofing from daws would help

Were some of our players out on the lash last night? It certainly looks that way, wandering around in a stupor and a lethargic performance all round.

We need to match their workrate before we can even think of getting anything from this game. After that we need much more movement and to move the ball quicker. I know it is a tight ground/pitch but I don't think Lennon or Bale have really looked to get down the outside even once, lets try and get in behind them a bit more.

Our front two and wingers have been quiet, but Dembele is the problem for me as he is the link man that play goes through and it isn't happening. I think that is his worst half for us by some distance. Today he is coming up against someone in Mbia who he can't shrug off the ball as he goes past him and he looks lost because of it. I think he was dispossesed in that particular duel four times in the first ten minutes. Needs to stop dicking around dribbling with it and look to just move the bal quicklyl and up the tempo, and the rest of the team to do the same.

Not the best of halves despite a promising start.

Very much need to get our wide players more involved.

Surprised that Bale has been so anonymous.
I am not, I would have said its exactly what we would have expected Arry to do as he knows thats our strength....we badly need someone to step up....Dembele, Ade and Defoe need to do some magic.

I take it you've not seen the important blocks and tackles Dawson has made, then?
Watch back how we got into those messes in the first place. His positional sense is terrible, made even more horrifying given he has the acceleration of Rik Waller.
