Agree with CJ. Virtually impossible for him to back this season, even by sandro's superhuman standards. I'll take it as good news though. His injury could of ruled him out until Xmas. Hopefully he can get back for preseason.

What was the exact injury? Aggro Santos tweeted a while back Sandro has nearly completed phase 1 of rehab.

He's had enough, he's taking matters into his own hands and is going to start every league game for the rest of the season just to get us over the line. Then he'll slap the squad for losing concentration and go off on holiday.

I'll be delighted if he's good to go come early July to start pre season, and then be ready for the new season. Surely that's the best we are looking at here.

He might be alluding to a light jogging program or a little more rigorous exercise. That's a pretty big step which can be considered being "back." It's a pretty momentous phase of rehab getting back to being able to work up a sweat again.

Even just to get him back in training and in and amongst the other players has got to be a boost. He is a big personality and seems to be massively popular with the other players and we need a lift. I'd sit him next to Freund on game days too!

I had 2 phases of rehab after ACL surgery.

1st phase was purely strength training to get enough strength back in the leg to match the uninjured leg.

2nd phase was sports training to build agility, speed, flexibility, coordination in order to return to sports.

Love Sandro and would be great to have him back...but i don't think that Parker has been the problem or the reason we have lost the last 3.

There's no point rushing Sandro back for him to do more damage.

He should take as long as is required to be fully healed and fit for combat.
