Touch is more miss than hit, and he limits your play to being stuck on the right giving little to a fluid front unit. As a replacement for Bale or to add creativity then no chance, as an upgrade on Lennon possibly. (but at that price...)

Still lacking a clever passer or inventive player in our business so far this season. Not sure if Lamela is that either from the clips I have seen of him.

Added a bit to the Lamela thread; the Italians seem to think it will be concluded after their match tomorrow or Monday morning, at the latest.

A&C gave us a quote from a film earlier on in the day, to which someone linked it to a film called 'Brazilian' thus the Hulk talk started. IF it was in fact about a Brazilian, then my guess would've been Damiao. But, let's not kick off another discussion, shall we?

There are so many people saying Hulk is the Brazilian Defoe but correct me of I'm wrong here. Has Man City, Man U, Chavs or any the top teams made any bid past £20m for Defoe.

Having said that I know nothing about Hulk and only read on here that he played for AVB previously. I have never had so much confidence in a Spurs manager as I do with AVB, so I'll leave the hiring and firing to him (y)
