Why would he be going there and them not coming to us? Why would he be involved in selling of players when he negotiates with players to come to the club?
I don't see why that would be Baldinis task or why he would travel to Spain if we were the selling club.

I seem to remember rumours of Baldini travelling to Madrid to sort out the Bale deal last summer, granted the fee was a lot higher and was a very protracted deal but even so, if Soldado wants to leave and there is only tentative interest from Atletico then maybe Baldini is going there to try and push through a deal. I hope i'm wrong tho and that we are trying to tie up Morata or (pipedream) Di Maria (who wants to leave RM).
