Hide and seek...

I hide whenever we lose... And seek out arsenal fans when they lose.

Oh i think i am missing the point of the thread.

Man City CL "play off" game
Inter 3-1 CL game.

These 2 really stand out at times where I was impossibly happy.

9-1 Wigan at home. I saw it on TV and we just banged in goal after goal, couldnt believe what I was seeing. I came up with a chant for Defoe that went like this:

"Jermain Defoe
Hes a hero
He scored 5
I saw the game live"

Funny thing is, after the game was over, I thought my own personal life would change from negative to positive but it didnt LOL.

2-1 home vs Chelsea with lennon's winner. Dancing around in the Paxton - giving large it to my Chelsea supporting dad who was stood next to me. Don't think there was anyone in my block who didn't know he was a blue from that point on.

Spurs 3-1 Inter
Stood and sung for the entire length.

The CL qualifier against young boys, although honestly all the CL games were amazing.

Beating Chelsea 1-0 at the Lane in 2008/9 (I think)

Being at Old Trafford for our 3-2 win.

Love when the crowd is singing Danny Thomas' name and then straight after Parks makes the winning save, wish I could have been at that game! Was only two at the time.

It's tough to choose and I'd probably make a different choice each time but the 4-4 at the scum a few years ago stands out on a personal note, even though it's not a game I was at. We didn't win anything - not even the game - but in the context of what was happening at the club, and the nature of the goals, plus I was in a pub full of gooners and just enjoyed going mental, it was sheer unadulterated joy. Had Lennon's arm stretched out celebration my desktop for ages after that, done in black and white but with Lennon and the goons shirts in colour. A divine moment.

Having been following Spurs since 1950 just too many favourite games.

Most memorable 10-4 over Everton late 50s. 13-2 FA Cup over Crewe. European Cup semis vs Benfica home and away. The beginning of the glory times vs Dukla Prague 1961. Incredible atmosphere I think it was 8-2 ? Having lost the first leg 2-4 ? and labelled thugs by the Czechs which inspired three guys to dress as Angels and start the Glory glory hallelujah singing for the very first time.

Dave Mackay was fantastically inspirational every game he played.

Keep in mind I'm only 24

I remember that CL game, how immense our back 4 were. I know he is only recently gone, but I really miss having King in the same. He was a great player. Kaboul was immense down the right. I just recall everyone playing 100% and trying their hardest, even Bentley put in a shift. Perfect team performance. There were also anxious moments with Tevez looking dangerous and us narrowly missing a few chances.

That 3-1 at the Lane against Inter, whilst (Aussie) not at the game the atmosphere through the TV was just amazing and that night I felt that Spurs were really going somewhere. That was also the moment that Bale announced himself as a world class talent. 'Taxi for Maicon' I will never forget. VDV too was a big name, CL experienced player who had pressure to perform for us that night and along with Modric was sheer class.

Similarly, the same group, the time we beat the Gooners 3-2 after being down 0-2. I feel that a tottenham of old may have rolled over and been thrashed but to come out and fight our way back in front and make them nervous was great.

The above games are probably why I found last year so crushing, I felt the club was really going to that next level but we just stalled! But new, stadium on way, new coach now, I like the signings we made last summer, I'm still positive!!!

For games I've been to:

Excitement - Tottenham 4-2 Newcastle (2001) - 3 red cards, 3 penalties, 6 goals and a beauty from Rebrov with the outside of his right foot.

Satisfaction - Tottenham 1-0 Arsenal (1995) - My dad, my cousin and myself all Spurs fans, and my uncle (RIP :(), an Arsenal fan, in the home section with us as Popescu gave us the win. Was such a sweet 2.5 hour journey home!

Games I've seen, there's too many I couldn't possibly pick from. Just in recent(ish) years - West Ham (4-3), Arsenal (3-2), Milan (1-0), Inter (3-1), Man City (1-0).
