I actually think we're playing fairly well and on another day could have had 3 or 4. Looking forward to seeing Trippier in the 2nd half, Walker just does some bizarre things.

This is the dembele that first joined us. He's a beast when on form, one of our best midfielders IMO

Dembele's a beast further forward and is dependable at CM do not get why so many want rid.

Hmm.. It worries me both our full backs still don't look like they know how to defend. This MLS team flying down both sides with ease..

Looking forward to seeing Alli, Shaq and Trippier this half.

Some people don't rate Davies, but I think he gets forward really well, always making good runs. Bit suspect defensively though.

Well that was played at a much faster tempo than I'd expected! Kaka and Villa have both still got 'it'.

This match isn't really indicative of the overall quality of the MLS though.

He never tracked back like that or was that tenacious in the first third.

This is new. Looks like he really wants to stay and play with his Belgian brethren.

Competition does amazing things to players...sometimes...Kyle.

Fair play to him, he was very good going forward in that half.

Good first half imo... we took some time getting started, i guess different climate and its still pre-season for us, unlike the US side which everyone is already up to pace with competitive football.

really impress with their goalkeeper, he is good... heck Kaka and Villa both looking dangerous...

its gonna be a tough 2nd half... expecting to see a few less experience players for us, and the US will also change things up, but for them its still first teamers from the MLS, good challenge for our young lads.

good match so far. COYS!
