I kinda hear what you're saying. Though didn't you enjoy watching us smash Chelsea and taking 4 points off the scum. I know that was only 3 gamess but they were massive ones.

I'll be happy if we repeat that level of performance a bit more, for sure (which is what I think you're getting at) but we're Spurs. Consistency is not something that comes easy to us I'm afraid.

The arsenal and Chelsea games at home last season were amazing. The issues I have are when we play the so called lesser teams at home and play with no tempo or urgency and 1 isolated striker

I think we will see the same as in the last match but with Son coming in for Dembele. It will be interesting to see if Lamela is involved after seeming to fall behind Ali and Pritchard for the last game. I would also like to see Trippier given a chance.

What I think it will be:
Lloris

Trippier Alderweireld Vert Rose

Dier Bentaleb

Son Mason Chadli

Kane

What I would like in Poch's 4231:
Lloris

Trippier Alderweireld Vert Rose

Mason Bentaleb

Son Pritchard Chadli

Kane
What I'd really like to see though is:

Lloris

Trippier Alderweireld Vert Rose

Mason Veljkovic Bentaleb

Son Kane Pritchard

The line-up is pretty much a given, the question mark as always is right wing; assuming Dembele is out the contenders are Son, Lamela and Townsend. I've a sneaking suspicion it will be Townsend.

After Lamela started against Bolivia for Argentina as a 10 i hope Poch starts him behind Kane for this one as Dembele and Eriksen wont be fit.
But Mason as ACM making it more of a 433 when dropped deep, was one of the highlights against Everton

Considering Son's best position is LW, if we do go 433 again(since mason does play deeper in that no. 10 role) I think Lamela on the right wing is likely to work more as he won't have to fight with 2 players for space behind the 3

Think we'll see that team, though I'd prefer to see Alli given a start. Drop Mason back and play Alli behind Kane if Eriksen isnt fit. However, i'd imagine its much more likely Alli will have to wait until our Europa League & League Cup games in the next couple of weeks to get his first starts. Same could be said of Son but given how poorly we have been represented at RWF this season i can see Son being thrustest straight into the action.

Really looking forward to tomorrows game. I think we've played fairly well this season, could easily have had 10 points, and its only a matter of time before we start converting our chances and winning games.

Rose.......Vertonghen.......Alderweireld......Walker

.................................Lloris

That's what I'd like to see.

I like that but really can't see Poch dropping Chadli for Lamela, seeing as Son can play very well on the right I think Lamela would be the one left on the bench if we play Mason as the middle man.

Son is better playing on the left. With Eriksen out, the below would be our most fluid team, in my opinion:

Lloris

Walker Aldweireld Vertonghen Rose

Dier Alli

Lamela Chadli Son

Kane
Of course, I anticipate Son on the right replacing Dembele, with the rest of the team the same as last week. I don't like Mason in the #10 role. He has 1 goal in the last year and has had countless opportunities to score from close range and failed to convert nearly every chance. But Poch will persist with it, I'm sure, as he doesn't tend to make major changes week to week.

Walker Aldeweireld Vertonghen Rose

Mason Dier

Chadli Lamela Son

Kane

(Or Chadli and Son other way round).
