I would have preferred to play them in the final. In one single match, anything really can happen. But I think it is weird to suggest that we are not the underdogs in a two legged match.
I don't understand why (some) people are soiling their panties over this. We're a half decent football team too you know.
We're gonna beat them.
Well the thing is it's one of the best teams in Europe, second in their domestic league with a young energetic squad, a great manager and one of the best strikers in Europe....
against Dortmund
Reus, Hummels, Sokratis ...gundogan, aubemyang, mikhityran (ok shit spelling) but thats 3 off the top of my head
Exactly my thoughts, if we lose and go out no shame in it and we have just the league to focus on, if we win it then nothing will stop us from winning the comp IMO and the motivation we get from beating one of the world's best teams will help us in the PL, It's a win/win.Spot on...........we beat them we will win it....if we lose better now than in the semi's and all those extra games for nothing, i think its a great draw....bring it on.
St Patrick's Day lovely jubbly, few drinks that day and off on the Friday!10/17th of March. Latter at home.

Looking at the draw, a lot of big names are going to get taken out at this stage.
Shakhtar play Anderlecht, so that'll be a weaker team in the next round. Same with Braga v Fenerbahce. I also think Lazio v Prague is a weak tie, and even Sevilla v Basel doesn't look like it creates a fearsome next round opponent.
If we beat Dortmund...it is fucking on. Potentially like Donkey Kong.
I think their weak link is the goalie. One of our strengths is that we shoot a lot and score quite some goals. That equation is a plus.Yeah I mentioned Reus in a few posts up. It's gonna be a cracker.
