is it fair to put all of Kane's success at the feet of Poch?

Or should Tim Sherwood (like him or loathe him) get some of the credit?

I think that Sherwood deserves a lot of credit, Poch has inherited a fantastic group of young players that allow him to implement his philosophy. What he has done over the past couple of Transfer Windows is identify specific types of players who can compliment what already has, hence sustainable growth.

I think that Sherwood deserves more credit for developing a lot of the young kids we see coming through but Poch has taken these and moved them on to the next level.
