Now watching the donut of death in the wait to apply for Champions League tickets
been waiting two and a half hours......
been trying to phone aswell, only just now got in the queue.

rather than sorting out the online donut fiasco they have come up with the willy wonker lottery system where everyones pissed off. don't know where you will sit absolute joke. don't try and fob me off this is the best option.

hang on with champions league we still have the old badsystem... you couldn't make it up

I imagine a lot of people (myself included) are being put off by the ballot system itself.

Plus at NWHL there will be a huge increase in the number of ST holders.

I have absolutely no intention of applying via the ballot for tickets this year. Going to the games is a social thing for us rather than to actually watch the football, if we cant get the area we normally do (give or take a few rows or even a block) so that we can meet up with mates who have ST's then I will stay away. We normally go to 10-12 games a year, apart from the CL games and possibly one last token visit to WHL I think that will be it for this year, unless they change this ridiculous system.

I'm angry about it, because the last season at WHL should be a celebration, I understand the need for a reduced capacity, but the old system, however flawed, usually rewarded those people who were prepared to put in the effort to get tickets. I very rarely failed to get 5 or 6 tickets in roughly the area we wanted.

For me the whole ticketing thing s poor. I like tog go to matches with family or mates so only being able to buy one ticket in some randomly chosen spot is a problem. If I ever get through online I am not sure I will even end up buying anything

Also in block 40.

What does this mean...
"The seat you previously purchased has PRC/CRC restrictions on them"
Think PRC/CRC refers to partially restricted view, but could be wrong about that. But not really sure how that relates

Yeah I wondered that, but didn't think there will be anything blocking me south stand. Unless I have some fatass in front of me.

Lost out on palace..got Liverpool due to loyalty points but random seat right next to away fans and got Sunderland east stand lower block 25...not a fan of the ballot system like so many others..not sure why you should have bothered collecting loyalty points as this season they mean nothing most of the time..this season should not count on your 5 year rolling loyalty points count in my opinion.

The application numbers for all three games so far have been a lot lower than I was expecting (39 loyalty points needed for Liverpool seems very low). Maybe some people have decided not to enter the ballot for whatever reasons and the demand will increase as the season goes on, but it seems that at this stage of the season at least having a ballot isn't really necessary.

Got a sunderland ticket and my points loyalty was only 10 being a new member. I put the highest ticket price in my application.
