Not for this thread imo, but the NFL games in UK are huge money spinners and I can't see that changing.

This new government is going to end up all about globalization of profit and nationalization of people in wage slavery. I intend to sign up for a job with the new immigration force he is going to hire. Maybe I can get in on building the camps. (this is a joke) Seriously no one in the states is going to have money to spend on anything. We are going to export any profit making opportunity we can find because 80 percent of Wembley NFL revenue finds its way back to the states.

I went to the spvrs presentation at Lillywhite House yesterday. It's a very slick presentation and surprisingly whilst it's a sales operation it isn't terribly hard sell.
The virtual reality head sets showing you where you might be sitting in the stadium are amazing. There's also what is best called a mini IMAX with 360 degree projectors.
There will be 2 sky lounges either stand with so called premium tickets starting at about £5k per season.
Otherwise the lower lounges offer tickets starting at £2,500 if you don't mind sitting next to the away stands but otherwise at £3,250,
All prices plus VAT of course and all packages include food, some drink and other benefits.
Some interesting comments from our sales person, most of which will have been mentioned before
- the North stand will be at full height by Mid February.
- At present the project is one week ahead of schedule
- After Christmas they expect to have over 900 workmen on site (Seems a lot but that's what he said!)
- the club will be running shuttle buses at least for the premium tickets to include Alexander Palace and (they hope) Ikea
- They have sold a number of the top priced tickets already mainly to existing box holders - front row seats in demand of course!
- there will be 55 boxes compared to about 110 at present as the demand for corporate boxes is far less but all boxes will have outside seating.
- they will have speciality restaurants in the corporate seating areas to be booked in addition to the buffet areas.
- they hope to be able to allow premium seat holders to have access pre match to the south stand areas to meet friends and there will be cashless card system in operation
- They will have a re sale programme in place for the premium tickets
- They are in regular discussion with the hospitality people at Club Wembley and the Emirates to try and learn from their experiences.
The premium tickets are interesting but I have to say that the south stand kop looks amazing via the virtual reality headset and that's where I want to be!
Visiting the sales suite and seeing all the visuals was really exciting and they really seem to be trying to get as much right as they can on lots of things - but (and a big but) I think it will all be more expensive whatever level of supporter you are!

I can't imagine the hospitality people at the Emirates being too helpful, somehow. It would be nice if we could take some of Woolwich's corporate clients off their hands over the next few years, just so that they discover karma can be a bitch sometimes.
BTW, it's Alexandra Palace.

Ally Pally used to be part of my Sunday morning football teams training. Tuesday or Thursday evenings.
Across the railway bridge at Wood Green and over the top past the Pally itself all the way on the road then down the other side bottom of the hill, turn left towards Priory park but cut back through the railway sidings coming out at the old Public Baths.
Think I could still manage it but it wouldn't be on foot or a pedal cycle.
As a kid I used to go newting and tadpoling in the old Roman Baths where the racecourse was. IF my memory serves me right on those places' names.
Or take an old tray and play, tobogganing down the bunny hills

Its known as Ally Pally to most folk. I think what @WorcesterTHFC was pointing out is that its a she and not a he.
I'll be there for the darts in December. I also have a vague memory of playing pitch and putt in Ally Pally park with my grandad and one of the greens was on an impossible slope...

Had my first experiences of driving round the lake in an old A35. Was my brothers and he sat alongside with the choke fully out so I could learn to steer the thing. No driving licence thought about.

Indeed I was. I could have mentioned that many people (including me) refer to it as Ally Pally, but that would be like saying that Tottenham Hotspur is often known as Spurs, so it seemed a bit pointless on a forum that has so many people from the London area on it.

so you used to go past/through the the resevours? the estate to the right just before you go through "Campsfield" is were I lived till the age of 9, then moved to Tottenham as my dad remarried after my mum was 1 of many that died from the C word, at the age of 6. I visited there about 4-5yrs ago, and it's a bloody dirty run down horrible place now days.
as a kid me and many others used to visit the Ally Pally via walking up the hill, in fact climbing that grass hill so many times I can't understand how i was such a fat little fucker
though thinking about it out of my 52yrs only about 6 of them I was the right weight, and unfortunately none of my last 6 have been anywhere near it

I live directly behind Ally Pally. I know it sounds snobbish but my old man said that it was the closest we could get to Spurs without living in the ground itself!
Anyway the main purpose of this is that in the past it was mooted that Spurs and the Gooners would convert the Palace and build one super stadium which the clubs would share . I may say it would have been a magnificent ground with maybe the best vista in the World!
