Pre-Swansea

He seems a bit happier and more relaxed in this week's press conference than in recent weeks. I reckon he's enjoyed having a full week of training to get to the bottom of things. Sounds like they had lots of meetings and the players trained well.

Yeah he does come across as a manager who loves training and being with the squad.

It's probably quite tough when you have a midweek game as it changes how you must work. Especially when you don't have finished-article players and you know you must put the time in on the training ground to improve them.

You only have to look at him too. Some of the press conferences he comes in looking shattered, unshaven, hair a mess. Like he's really been up all night trying to sort things out. Seems much better this week which can only be a good thing.

I think one press conference could be every Mo Po press conference.

Pritchard would have come in handy right about now but oh well, think the club made a mistake letting him go especially looking at who we bought in, but nevermind.

He's not setting the world alight at Norwich. What makes you think he is good enough for a team aspiring for the top 4?

True but I think my overall point is that I'd rather have kept him around if it meant spending so much money on Sissoko.

I honestly can't see how you could view that as a mistake. We got a very good price for him and Poch clearly has more faith in Onomah, Winks and Edwards.

Sissoko was a bad signing for the price but that doesn't mean selling Pritchard was a mistake. He had to go. Not good enough.
