So we've seen off White Hart Lane in style and in doing so also clinched 2nd place mathematically so that even the most pessimistic of Spurs fans must now agree that we will finish 2nd (okay so the most pessimistic will see us having points deducted for some reason...but those people are loons and @millsey).
We still however have two games to go, both of which on paper are pretty meaningless. The Leicester game is on a Thursday which shows how important it is, and there's not even a relegation battle anymore for us to hold up our part in.
So would you play the reserves and the kids and give the first team a week's extra rest? Is this the time to build the team around Sissoko? Or do we press on and keep the momentum going to get as high a points total as possible to give us an even higher target to aspire to next season?
I genuinely don't know. It's all a bit odd really.
