So we've seen off White Hart Lane in style and in doing so also clinched 2nd place mathematically so that even the most pessimistic of Spurs fans must now agree that we will finish 2nd (okay so the most pessimistic will see us having points deducted for some reason...but those people are loons and @millsey).

We still however have two games to go, both of which on paper are pretty meaningless. The Leicester game is on a Thursday which shows how important it is, and there's not even a relegation battle anymore for us to hold up our part in.

So would you play the reserves and the kids and give the first team a week's extra rest? Is this the time to build the team around Sissoko? Or do we press on and keep the momentum going to get as high a points total as possible to give us an even higher target to aspire to next season?

I genuinely don't know. It's all a bit odd really.

The only real prospects that don't get time at the moment are in Korea for the U20 World Cup. CCV, KWP and Onomah. Play the strongest team and get Kane the golden boot imo.

i'd like to see nkoudou start at least one of the two games, the rest i'd keep more or less the same as the best kids are away on internationals, or injured.

I don't really hold a strong preference. Either way is fine by me. If I were Pochettino, maybe I'd consider making a race of it. Keep policy as always but track records zeroed out, meaning that players from the fringes who holds a desire to play may bring it during training right now, and if they prove themselves sufficiently they will start.

I want Kane to win the Golden Boot again. I want to stay as close in points to Chelsea as possible. I don't want them finishing 13 points ahead of us when we've been so close. I want to destroy Leicester, let them know their place.

Go four four, fucking two for the lols. Kane and Janssen up top, Winks/Wanyama through the middle, N'Koudou and Son up the flanks, Wimmer/Dier CB and Davies/Walker-Peters at full backs, Hugo still in 't'nets.

Harry has the golden boot to chase, and on top of that professional pride (undoing the end of last season). Both being away from home however and not much else to gain does make it a tricky one for motivation I'd imagine. Even a 10% drop can be the difference in the end result. Especially as the opposition will be keen to give something for the home support. Both could be worth a little safety wager, odds will still be pretty tasty I'd imagine.

I think a couple of those players will be missing for these games

I want Kane to get the golden boot and Lloris to get the most clean sheets.

After that, given that CCV, Walker-Peters and Onomah are already away on international duty, I'd love to see Edwards get a sub appearance at some point. And it'd be great to see Janssen and GK get a few minutes.

Kane has to hunt down Lukaku for golden boot. And as a team we need to have the ruthlessness to win the next 2 games to finish with 86 points. So, no changes. May be more game time for Janssen from subs bench

Edwards is injured I think?
