Poch doesn't seem to care too much about age; if you're showing real promise, your work rate matches his expectations then you'll get your chances. Maybe maturity (tactical etc) but not so much physical, watching him this season a few times he beat the sh*t out of a quite a few players when fighting for the ball, he is a lot more physically developed than Bale was or Dele is, he is a strong player, I know it's only Championship but there are quite a few tough players in that league.
