Trying to read between the lines here
but very little if any space.
Seems to do what it says on the tin.
The Board is not in any discussions relating to a takeover offer for the Club.

But someone else might be on their behalf!
Jimmy, Jimmy have some faith man.
It's nowhere near enough anyway.

This is a categoric denial. It would be totally misleading for the club (company) to make this statement while any 'informal' discussions are held in the background.
As a shareholder, like many others, I cannot be lied to without great legal risk to the main shareholders, board and advisors.
Take this statement at face value. Unless some party is prepared to pay a very 'silly' figure THFC is not for sale. I wouldn't sell for anything like the £1bn floated in the media. And Daniel is much tougher than me.

When you look at the investment in the new stadium, training facilities, the current value of the team, TV deals and various sponsors/NFL deal £1b seems low. If they really are interested then they are going to have to at least double that.

Not at all. An offer was made years ago to purchase all shares but not all of us accepted. I still hold shares and receive accounts and invite to attend AGM etc. I can't remember the percentage not owned by ENIC (Lewis, Levy) but it will be in the accounts.
