Here's what I got back from the ticket office today

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your email.
The team are working hard to despatch all cards, as we are playing at Wembley for the 2017/2018 Season, all members are being sent a new card.
We have over 100,000 paid members and it will take longer than usual for these to be received.
If your card hasn’t been printed when all the cards are activated for the fixture, a paper ticket will automatically be printed and posted to your address.
Your card will be posted shortly."

Got my ST within days. Member pack (with keyring) arrived yesterday.
Dad has had neither his lillywhite card nor pack per my thread I started 2 weeks ago.

They are issuing paper tickets if you haven't got your card now, should be with you by Tuesday
