Lloris 3 positioning poor for the fk, threw the ball out to Sissoko when he should have held on to it; erred seconds later for the second
Trippier 7 some excellent crosses and sound defensively
Alderweireld 7 solid
Vertonghen solid and creative
Davies 6 Solid
Dier 7 we missed him when he went off
Wanyama 6 very patchy - gave away possession too much yet used it well and powered forward at other times
Dembele 8 imperious
Eriksen 7 creative but those corners just don't produce. For a big team that gets loads of corners our return is poor
Alli 7 mature and much better than usual footballing display, just didn't light it up with his customary brilliance
Kane 7 Not quite firing on all cylinders

Son 6 contributed little
Sissoko 4 asleep and weak for the second
Jansen - -

That was a good game against a good team - for all their missing players, their squad strength shone through. All these 4s and 5s people are giving are a bit silly - if that were true, Chelsea would have won at a canter.

Wanyama was clearly not match fit. Sluggish and slow but not his fault he was left on the pitch too long.

Poch and Lloris our worst two performers today and we desperately need some pace on the wing.

Not a Wembley thing, just a few individual errors and, if we play that well, we'll win most of our home games this season

Missed opportunity though as we won't play as poor a Chelsea team as that again.

Dembele was remarkable and Alli had some flashes.

Goalkeeper lost us the game. Very bad decision to throw to wanyama, should have thrown to sissoko instead

Lloris overrated? What the actually fuck.

I admit he was massively at fault for that second goal, pathetic honestly, but to call him overrated just for that is ridiculous. He's an amazing keeper (IMO the best in the league). He's saved us on so many occasions it's ridiculous.

Not just for that. He is making to many mistakes in big games.

Dembele motm by a mile.

Bad keeping by Hugo for the second.

Sissoko also appalling for their second, loses ball too easily and makes no effort to run back, could have tracked alonso if he put him some fucking effort. I hate him.

Wanyama wasn't ready to start.
Lloris lost us the game.
Our full backs were solid but boring. Dembele was motm for us.
Chelsea tactics/performance stopped Eriksen, Dele or Kane having much impact.
Thought the Son sub made us worse.

Not just for that. He is making to many mistakes in big games.
All I can think of are the 2 against Man City and the one against Chelsea today.

I don't think it's far to call him overrated because of those mistakes considering how many amazing saves he's made to save us in games over the last few seasons.

Wanyama had an absolute fucking shocker. I lost count of the number of times he lost possession in the middle of the park, which for a defensive midfielder is just fucking unforgivable. Poch should have replaced him with Winks once it became clear how uncharacteristically and dramatically out of form he was.

Dembele was our best player.

Poorest ratings goes to Lloris, Wanyama and Alli. When Chelsea scored their second, I thought we had Gomes in goal. Really, really poor from Lloris. Wanayma. Worst perfomance in a Spurs shit. Lost the ball over and over again. Alli, invisible. Did he use the invisibility cloak from Harry Potter or what?

That was Wanyama. Something he'd been doing all game.

Lloris lost us the game

No.

We win as a team, we lose as a team. Nothing Lloris could do on the free kick - wall was positioned correctly. Alonso just hit a great free kick. On the second goal we lost the ball, and then he got beat by a hard shot - low and just to his side - hardest shot to stop. It happens.

Yes.

He threw the ball out too quickly to a player being closed down quickly and was beaten far too easily. Huge fan of his but he cost us a point today, it happens though.

We will play worse and win.
Nothing to do with Wembley or the pitch size. We had plenty of support.
Would have taken a draw at any time. Before, during (and after)
Seemed a bit short of invention and ideas.
Lloris.........4.....Fluffed his only save.
Trippier......6.....Nothing exciting.
Davies.......6.....See above apart from the shot.
Toby...........7....Sound.Though awol for the early Morata chance
Verts..........7....Similar.Saw plenty of the ball to little effect
Wanyama..3.....Pretty poor. Caught in possession especially for the second goal.
Dier 6.....OK. Wanyama should have been subbed not Dier.
Dembele....8.....Took the game to them especially first half. My MOM
Erikson.......7 ....Well marshaled but still found some room.
Dele............6.....Some nice touches but nothing in the end.
Kane...........6.....Hit the post but nothing much else. Kept working though.

If Poch had taken off Wanyama we would have drawn, probably. Winks couldn't have done worse.

Kane - 7.5

Hugo and Wanyama....my lord. I give Hugo more of a break because it was only one moment, but Wanyama made about 20 errors. The two combined to create the second Alonso goal. Can't believe Poch stuck with Vic. The game was crying out for Winks there.

Hasn't he dropped a few clangers against Arsenal?
