Just got home, thanks to the shitty organisation at Wembley Central, sending me wrong way which meant we missed train and had to wait an hour for next one!

For me, today showed that we lack pace in the team.
There were times when we had the ball but because no-one was breaking forward the move stagnated.
Though Wanyama was awful and it's shameful that Luiz largely bossed the midfield area at times.
Other than that, I thought we were okay. Nothing more than that though. Definitely didn't deserve to lose.

Atmosphere was hit and miss. Cracking at the start, but dipped a lot.

Tottenham were guilty of poor game management. Spurs, having forced an equaliser, needed to play out the game safely. Instead they let the emotion of the occasion get the better of them and left too many gaps as they went in search of a winner. They also look short of a player with pace who can break down a packed defence.

Spot on
Yeah Liverpool did ever so well last season with the pace of Mane, Coutinho etc against packed defences. It's not pace that opens up packed defences - it's intelligence and good movement off the ball. Not enough of either today.

The question that we really need to ask is - can anyone name a worse goalkeeper in the Premier League than Slapstick Hugo?

Spot on there think Wanyama needs to be dropped next week don't forget he played nearly all last season and was a beast but needs to get back in the flow same a Dembale.Maybe try Winks and bring Son into the team for a bit of pace upfront.Poch will make changes to keep them all fresh cos we do have a long season ahead. Its only one game at Wembley head up COYS

I think the complete opposite. He has to start in order to gain match fitness and sharpness. He was vital to us last season and we have to get him back to that level not drop him cos of one shite game.

Don't think we can, can we? I thought match day was capped at 60k

But we had more than 73K today. I think we have set the limit of 3K for the away fans.
Today there was a limit for the stadium because of the opposition (I think there are certain limits when the bigger teams play us at Wembley because of crowd trouble / security reasons).

Marcos Alonso.

In 2011 he Killed a 19 year old girl by driving with nearly twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system.

He was driving nearly twice the speed limit.

He payed €60,000 as a fine and was served a 3 year driving ban.

How is that relevant to today's game?

Got home about an hour ago took the dog for a walk and have calmed down, I posted on page 1 that I would rather have played them a couple of months in as it was too much of a neutral ground at the moment, as familiar to them as to us so I am not surprised.
That said, we did well enough and didn't deserve to lose this game, a few individual errors that won't happen later in the season with some fine tuning but we were still good.
When we equalised I thought that'll do, now make sure we keep that, I'll take the draw and if we get a chance for a winner all well and good, I'm not sure the players had that mentality and were always a bit too urgent hoping for a winner, I know that makes me sound a bit defeatist but a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
I didn't really see their second goal too well but I hear Hugo didn't cover himself in glory, if so that's a shame but sometimes all the stars align for the other side.
Play like that next game and three points are in the bag.

Atmosphere was pretty pants today and just does not feel like home, literally felt like a cup Semi, didnt play badly but the lads really need to settle down and get used to the ground asap.

Just got in, Wembley makes for a long day and will be a long season for us the fans.
