Just remembered another thing Graham Roberts told me on Sunday. He said Rose would go in part because he had the same agent as Walker, so obviously had been in his ear about the Mansour money. Which is looking pretty good for 44 minutes' work followed by a week off :)

We are not privy to the facts though. He may have been given assurances about going, being aprt of first team plans and instead, witnessed the opposite. Or as you say, he may have thrown toys out of pram, he is young after all.

Let us wait and see, he may not even sign for us yet.

Yeh thing is City like Chavs are shiite with kids, probably looked at us with Kane, Dier, Dele, Winks, Rose etc and thought got a chance there. That he wants to play football shows he has ambition, watching Patrick Roberts going from Fulham to City and wasting himself for a season or two before Celtic gave him a try must show any young player there are clubs who will play youth and their are clubs who couldn't care.

So they tried to steal edwards from us, but instead of doing that, we kept him and stole their young prodigy(if tomorrows announcement is indeed Sancho)? Thanks for refusing to have a path to the first team, ciudad(y)

People seem to be getting a bit carried about JS and RS. They are children, literally. Great for the future but not gunna make much difference for a couple of years and no garuntee they will fulfil their potential. For every Dele Alli there's a John Bostock.

Fair point, although Sessegnon plays regularly at 17 for Fulham and is often their best player. Sancho on the other hand is untested at senior level.

Here is my informed advice. STOP reading online, twitter fed daily fails, reporters giving their 'hit based nonsense'. All is very, very, very good. Yes, things can change. I am personally pleasantly surprised as I thought all was lost.

As I have stated already, targets we thought had died a painful death has come alive again. A little hint; There are 2 specific forward players (we would take one) their club wants them to commit to us, but they are waiting to see if their choice will stump up the cash. One of the 2 would sign with a clause. We are not prepared to be anybody's stepping stone.

My opinion on Dele changing agents, is nothing to do with a possible transfer 12 months time. He is beyond very happy.

Note: all players contracts at close of window will be negotiated with open to negotiate again as we enter our new stadium. Only players we want to offer those terms will be offered.

Now if you want to keep on reading the spill and nonsense elsewhere, you are truly welcomed. If you know the DD the governors do to verify sources, that alone should give you confidence.

Respectfully, I will not be replying in any form to this post;)

That's incredibly positive Hercules. (y)

I'm delighted by it and more than a little excited to see what develops over the next few days.

Actually, they are mostly John Bostocks. Very, very few are Allis.

Suggest that it is a foreign team, reckon one is Balde as Lazio don't want to deal with Juve. Not sure about the other.

Good news from Hercules.

As ever I'll take it with a pinch of pepper (salt is bad for you) because we've seen this positivity before at this stage of a window only for it all to fall apart (as Hercules says...things can change) but it's at least clear that there are areas the club have identified we need to improve on so hopefully it's now just a case of finding the right players to fit those roles.

Does anyone know why according to ITK we've practically signed Gazziniga, and to a lesser extent Foyth, and yet neither is announced. We've 'signed' Gazziniga ages ago. We had a few suggest it was so he wasn't the first signing but now we've signed Sanchez does he have to be the last? What's levy telling him..."look we will sign you, but like....only once we sign enough other players no one realises we signed you, you're a bit embarrassing..."
Poor lad, probably needs another haircut by then..
