Trippier isn't suited for the RB role in a 4231. He's better as a RWB with 3 cb's to cover for him. I'm not even sure if he attempted to go past the Burnley LB, his fall back option is take a touch and play it back. Makes it incredibly easy for the opposition to limit his threat.

Need to freshen the attack up.

Also desperately need some pace out wide and Barkley is essential for central midfield.

Trippier is not good enough to be a starter and that's two weeks in a row getting burnt at the back late in the game--as much as I love attacking football it wouldn't hurt Poch to take a page out of Mourinho's book and know when to close up shop.

Also was our head even in the game those last few min?? Dyche is changing tactics (very well I might add) while we're sending on Sanchez to say hello

Fuck me... Now I have to listen to this Wembley curse bullshit from talentless pundits for another couple of weeks. That is almost worse than dropping points.

It's absolutely not bullshit though is it? We have a massive psychological problem there.

Been saying for what seems like 4 years that we got no pace or trickery and trippier is nowhere near good enough for us, shit defender but hey ho, we don't get a right back / wing back and we are truly fucked, look at the players burnley have got and imagine when we play someone good haha!!

Point is though, they signed him and he scored the winner, we have signed 2 players one of which is a defender the other a goalkeeper.

Both in the very week we play our next game.
Point is, Burnley didn't sign him early though, like most clubs who have to work within rational means, you have to play the transfer game.

I dont give a shit about arsenal.we drew at home with burnley with a lacklustre performance combined with shit subs.am pissed of sissoko is still a spurs player and what ive seen so far this season it seems hes going to be playing more and if thats the case we will be 6th at best and fucking awful to watch.

Ho he stayed on all game is incredible. Cut more balls back and inside than walker on one of his worst days. If he's not going to get in behind and get crosses in then yank him the fuck off and put KWP on who at least has more recovery in him.

Fucking shit. Fuck off.
I repeat, if we get Aurier this week I expect Trips to be off and KWP to be our backup RB next year. Crosses are fine and dandy but they are easily prevented/defended when that is all the ballplayer has.

The worst thing is that it was all so predictable. I couldnt watch the game and checking my goal alert app for the score I found myself watching it in injury time and somehow just knew it. Sure enough 1-1.

Weekend ruined again. Let's not kid ourselves, we're at best the 5th best team in the league right now.

I don't subscribe to the wembley hodoo. That pitch is only 1m wider each side. Its all in the mind. We need that bloke from little britain..............look into my eyes!

We've only won 2 from 12 (one of them was a meaningless CL fixture and the other one was about nine years ago iirc) so Wembley's a problem

The thing is, I've seen plenty of performances like this at WHL, as soon as these players are faced with a bit of pressure they crack. So I just don't buy the Wembley bs. People are desperate for a story.
