I was happy to give him a 2nd season to show his worth, but if he can't cut it in training (and we all know that Poch signs players to train, not play) then it's time for him to go.

And the fact that when we needed another man upfront against Burnley, Poch chose to bring in Sanchez and bump Toby up

This is not good re Janssen, but really, in the next four days, we shouldn't be messing about trying to swap out back up strikers. We need an improvement to the first team, or at least one who can challenge Son, Lamela, Sissoko. As much as an upgrade to Janssen would be good (assuming he is bad in training) it shouldn't be a priority.

And I remember giving my serious concerns even before we signed him. And this was Poch's choice, full out. He is not even cutting it in training.

I have a go at the players' decision making often. Sometimes poch just doesn't do himself any favours, though.

The training thing though wasn't an issue last season iirc. I'm sure several itks did say how pleased Poch was with Vincent's attitude.

If he might be leaving I would assume that money would be needed to fund our moves. If so then he could not be risked as that would risk getting in that versatile forward that we really need. Move may not have been tactical. Then again it might have been.

Can see the argument in giving him another season but he really has been very poor up until now and brought very little to the table. I'd be comfortable letting him go if we are able to bring in someone better. If he does go, think i'd prefer to see a wide, pacey forward who has the ability to play up top when needed rather than an out and out striker

Shows just how crazy things are in the market where we can potentially make a profit on someone who has done pretty much nothing since signing for us.

If we have a 100% replacement/improvement I say yes. If not and we just hope to get a replacement in then no. We could really shoot ourselfs in the foot if not careful. Shame, because I actually like the guy. His hold up play is pretty awesome, jus not enough goals/game.

Really dont want to see anyone else leave till we have bolstered our numbers.convinced this kid will go on to score goals once he gets a run in a side that plays to his strengths.would be surprised if he scored 15 goals for either of stoke/palace if played regualarly.
