Think Sancho will be under the radar due to being development to start with.
Ref "something big", I'd expect we'd have to shift a few first, Wimmer who's apparently being announced tomorrow, Sissoko who claims he's going nowhere, and maybe Janssen.
Have to agree it's very positive to hear all the ITK aligned. Sounds as though some of these are actually done, leaving us to focus on last bits, rather than still having multiple plates spinning.

That makes Hercules, Gards, Grey Fox, and now Blaino (and possibly others) who have alluded to a sensitive and secretive target described as "big" "special" and a "gamechanger".
I'm as skeptical as everyone else that it will come off (how many times have we seen this before) but with that many ITKs chiming in it must be the case that we are actively pursuing this player, presumably a wide forward.

Big signing - we get similar stories every transfer window. But I am cautiously optimistic this time around , especially because
a) Neymar & Mbappe deals have really changed the landscape of European clubs in last few weeks. It has really started transfer domino. If there is a hope for a big signing, it should be somewhere in this domino fallout
b) Who would have thought we will spend 27m (+15m) on a CB. This says to me, we aren't afraid to dip into transfer market if we get the right player.

I don't mean to disrespect the ITK's, but don't we get this every year? We're supposedly always working on something 'big' at the end of the window, but it very rarely comes off. I just hope the club aren't putting all their eggs in one basket, leaving us scrambling for dross on deadline day.
