Forgot to charge my phone last night, came into today only half charged, on holiday, so nowhere to plug in by the pool. Schoolboy error, going to miss something soon I just know it.

Anyhow, on topic.
Aurier, Foyth, Quality Wide Forward, Barkley...

...and all is forgiven Levy

...until January when I want Isco you muppet.

If all this comes together, and Levy delivers Sanchez, Aurier, Foyth, Barkely plus a quality pacy versatile forward for Poch, then he truly has proven a lot of people wrong, and bought some favour for his last minute approach to the window.
Opinion here, but given we've heard a lot about how we have to run tight financially, maybe leaving it late where we don't have to get into a pi$$ing contest with the big spenders, is the difference between adding five players, as opposed to four. Over the course of the season, 35 games with a better balance is more favourable than spending early and getting all 38 games with that one less player.

Barkley highly unlikely, but still a glimmer of hope. Forget chavs! He is set on us. Likely January pre-agreement. Everton playing silly buggers, now looks like they could loose out on cash on this. Upto them now.

If he's going to be rehabbing over the next 3 months may as well have him do it on Everton's dime!

That's the best solution anyway. He can't play till January anyway. So sign a pre-contract for the summer with him in January and then give Everton 5-6 mio to let him go then something similar to what we did with Holtby.

Possible this one , if done, will be done very last minute. If the injury isn't serious, i can't see Everton wanting to lose out on any money at all. Seems like a serious game of brinkmanship. Given the choice of receiving 25-30 million or nothing, you know which one they are going to choose.

Do you have the Twitter app on your phone?

If so, switch on alerts for @SpursOfficial - that's what I do if I'm busy but expecting something to happen. I was on a train when we announced Sanchez but got it straight away via an alert.

Fantastic! Good to hear Barkley is set on us/Poch, maybe Everton will see sense and acccept January prices with a little extra so we can get him at least settled whilst getting over his injury

That pre-contract option isn't available for domestic sides though, only European ones IIRC

Thanks mate. I still would rather we got him now, you just know we will lose out by the time Jan comes around at the price he will likely fetch.

Looks like Rod Sparkly is not gonna happen.

Who will make me climax first?
'Two Girls' Juan Foyth, maybe?
Serge YourRear?

Do I dare to dream for Angel Do My Rear?

Probably just have to make do with N'udes...

Honestly think we're dodging a bullet with Barkley.

His injury situation and his cost relative to the time remaining on his contract just don't make it a good deal for us right now IMO. If he was fit it would be different.

Yes I have, but nothing beats seeing the announcement at the precise time when you've just refreshed the Twitter feed.. im turning into a transfer window sadist..
