No new keeper, no centre half yet, a decent cheap left back from hull, an average player like AOC. The signing of Salah is impressive, but I can't see why they haven't got more stick for this window. Their defence was and still is pathetic.
If they sign VVD and Lemar like rumored then they had a pretty decent window I'd say

Fully agreed..if. But Spurs have been slated all window, with not much talk about potential signings. As of now, salah, ox, Robertson is to me, a terrible window.

Agreed. My brother is a Liverpool fan, not supporter because he is too casual, but it would still feel really good to see them not sign anyone else and watch them struggle defensively all season.

Never rated Oxlade one bit, he's never really performed all that well, another fraud just like Walcott

I'd be ecstatic if we sold a player like him for 40m, I feel we could have got more for Walker now.

Not a great signing by Liverpool, but they're assembling a great team

Absolutely this. The guy wants to move into CM like he's somehow justified it despite doing literally nothing in 200 games at Arsenal. How he thinks he's suddenly developed the passing range, mobility, reading of the game and vision to suddenly play in probably the most influential position on the pitch is a fucking mystery.

As bang average as a player can be.

Loads of potential deals for today by the sounds of it.

Sounds like Leicester and Arsenal might lose most of their squad!

Arsenal must be laughing at anything over £20m for AOC with one year left on his deal...

I'm sure I heard Draxler himself ruling out leaving PSG this window yesterday.

At this moment I couldn't really care who joins Arsenal, it's not as if they're gonna improve, I wouldn't worry personally.

Gotta give some credit to Man Utd this transfer window. Obviously they have stupid amounts of money which helps but they seem to have got all their business done and dusted with very little fuss. Didn't get every plan A but got enough and got some plan B's.

Final day now and of last years top 6:

Chelsea want more signings but isn't all going their way.
We're actually doing fine. Aurier hopefully to be announced today, potentially Llorente and others.
Man City seemingly attempting both Sanchez and Evans
Liverpool trying to keep hold of Coutinho plus working on bringing in Ox and if possible (but doubtful) VVD
Arsenal... just... HA
And Man Utd... sitting back. Relaxed.

Yeah they have seemed to. I think Mourinho would have hoped for Bale to be the cheery on top, but happy to settle for what he has. Puts them in the driving seat.

Chelsea seem to be in a right mess and the fact that their manager and directors are on a different wave length is seriously hurting them in the market. Can you imagine negotiations for a player the manager doesn't want, surely the player would sense that and be skeptical about going there.

Liverpool will probably go on a huge spending spree if Coutinho does go.

City have got a wealth of extremely brilliant attacking options but they have done nothing to address the spine of their team, which is very important for a title winning team.

Arsenal .......I'm hoping they get trolled with Draxler and Dortmund come in last minute so they lose Sanchez and have to settle for someone inferior - although I think keeping Sanchez staying is actually best case scenario at this point as he'll just sulk his way through the season

As long as we get the WF and Barkley/Another option then we should be looking good to compete.
