Tough game:

Pickford; Williams; Keane; Baines; Schneiderlin; Siggie; Coleman; Rooney; Gueye...all very good players and a very strong defensive unit.

With Mirrallas offering pace, along with Lennon (who looked good in his last game)....and their new signings, this is a tricky one to win.

I'd be very happy with 3 points here, we will need to be at, or close to, our best. Given they will have a high quality midfield/defence this is a good game to go with the flexible 3-4-3/ 4-2-3-1 with the best available XI only:

Lloris; Aurier; Toby; verts; Davies; Dier; Dembele; Alli; Eriksen; Son; Kane.

And some good cover on the bench: Sanchez; Llorente; Winks; Trippier; Edwards; Sissoko; Vorm

Coleman surely hasn't recovered already

Need to be grinding these type of away games out if we want to challenge for the league. None of their players would get in our team, so we should be looking to win this relatively comfortably.

Agree, mostly, but I think Schnederlin would get into our squad and with Wanyama out, he may well have played this week....and Baines would get in ahead of Davies, probably, but not rose. But yes, these games we need to win....not easy by any means. They will sit back and play on the counter and they are good enough to not concede much. We need Kane, Dele and Eriksen at their best to get a result tomorrow.

You underestimate Everton and underrate their players at your own peril. I would take a draw now

I don't think Aurier will start on back of just 1 training session. Really want Sanchez to start in a back 3 but again not sure, if he has recovered from that flight from Barranquilla.

My preferred XI assuming Aurier isnt playing :

Lloris
Sanchez, Toby, Jan
Trippier, Dier, Dembele, Davies
Eriksen , Dele
Kane

If Sanchez isn't starting,

Lloris
Trippier,Toby, Jan,Davies
Dier, Dembele
Son, Eriksen , Dele
Kane

Very much doubt Poch is going to throw in a new centre back who's barely trained with the team

Not sure why O'Hara is suddenly sucking Everton off?

Used to like him when he first came into team but proven himself to be a right bellend in recent years and Dalmat probably had right idea giving him a slap lol.

Probably off topic but...

Everton are the new media darlings because they've spent a lot of money on mostly bang average mid table players. Some are English, and the 'proper football' pundits love when a 'big club' buys an English player especially if it's from a lesser club

Never mind they are bankrolled by the Chinese, that's by the by

Not underestimating them at all. We are by far the superior team and need to add a killer instinct and be ruthless in these type of games.

Of course it will be difficult, but we have the players to win.
