also, i bet shashoua wants to see edwards in the first team just as much as we do right now. don't think he's started a game all season bar the international pl2 cup game against west ham.
I sort of feel the same about Pritchard? Maybe someone can put me in my place on him. I know he's our u23 captain but he seems to also fill a similar role and doesn't seem to rank on anyone's going to make it list. Club may see something or feel he's tactically useful but unless Shash is on the naughty list I'd rather he get some of those minutes.

yeah, he has decent set-piece delivery and a good engine but not much else. they seem reluctant to play edwards and shashoua together and we know who'll draw the short straw there.

Liverpool line up contains at least a handful of players with a decent amount of first team appearances, whereas ours has almost zero.

Same could be said for Maghoma. Don't understand why he and Pritchard are getting minutes when they should probably be on loan (with a view to a permanent transfer) at Any Club That Would Take Them.

Add Loft to that list.

But I thought professional football coaches always get 100% of decisions right and as amateur spectators our opinions should be automatically disregarded? Therefore, Tracey et al for the win. Quod est demonstrandum.

I see that Ismail Azzaoui has gone on season long loan from Wolfsburg to Willem II Tilburg in the Dutch Eresdivise.

Our record against Villa at U18 level is attrocious. It doesn't mean a whole lot but just thought I'd put it out there. I think we've beaten them once in the last 10 years.

Villa have a long tradition of selecting big lads and getting results from it.
And that is what it was today Villa was well organized and had a good shape about them,we struggled to open them up but we played well enough to have got a draw.

Do not often talk about keepers much but De Bie had a excellent game today saving a Pen and saving two goal bound efforts.

Any young strikers coming through , we always seem to have loads of defenders or midfield players coming through
