Has Lamela returned to first team training or is it still rehabilitation work for him?

Anyone knows how Ryan Mason is?

Last real update was an interview he did in May. He was just about able to return to normal life, but had fatigue issues, couldn't deal with a lot of noise or conversations going on around him, and had to wear earplugs going anywhere loud-ish. His balance had just returned to the point where it seemed fine to a casual observer, but was some way off what you'd need in professional sports. Unfortunately it's uncertain that he'll be able to return to football at all, and all we know for sure right now is that he's clearly not ready yet, but the important thing is definitely that he's safe now.

I hope people will soon start to recognise just how dangerous Gary Cahill is on a football pitch. He was seriously clumsy on Saturday and caused 3 separate head injuries in the Community Shield and that's just this season. Mason's injury was technically an accident but Cahill knew he was coming to his side and lunged his head in full power. On the face of it, it's just one of those freak incidents that you can't avoid but Cahill gets in that situation maybe 15 times a season and has had his own nose broken loads of times by throwing his head in where it's only going to have 1 outcome.

He's been back in training with Hull since June. Probably non-contact but back doing full fitness and ball work.

I was saying this yesterday. Can't believe more wasn't made of his challenge on mertersaker in the charity shield. It was wreckless.

Thankfully it seems he won't be able to do the same thing to our players on Sunday.

hope, and actually believe, that if he wants it the club will bring him home for a coaching or ambassador type role, maybe to do with the youth team. He'd be terrific at meetings with young prospects like Jaden Sancho ---- basically making the case that this club wants to get its young players into the first team.

Didn't clock the argie training kit. Also picture on wall behind him ,would suggest he's possibly at maybe a national training centre.I doubt many none football places would have a large pic like that on wall.Maybe club agreed to let him train at home for couple weeks.May have gone to speak to national manager or something .
