Half time BS from the pundits coming up - Kane not world class, Spurs pay him peanuts, needs to go to Madrid yada yada yada, fucking morons.

Again, he hasn't been perfect, but I'm still in awe of Sanchez. It's like he's been playing there for 10 years. His presence is opening up new opportunities for Jan and Toby to move forward. The guy is 21. We hear all the time that it can take a year to get used to the PL, but he's hit the ground running in spectacular fashion.

From what little I saw, there is so much space for Eriksen to operate in and if we need to break quickly, Kane down that right hand flank is having a lot of joy.

Will they throw caution to the wind to try and get back into the game or go more conservative and go damaged limitation - hopefully the former and if so, bringing Son on at some point should yield good thing for us.

Enjoyed that half. But is anyone concerned toby has been his usual class the past few weeks?

Something is up with him

Couple of dodgy moments in that half

They’ve been sloppy and it gives Huddersfield hope albeit a glimmer. We need to be professional, not give them a sniff and cruise to victory or be professional and destroy them. I prefer the latter since City and Manure are way ahead of us in terms of goal difference.

Ruthlessly efficient so far.

I have to say though, does anyone else have some concerns about Alderweireld? Last year when he came back from injury he had definitely lost a little, this season it looks even worse. A bit immobile, slower and less assured on the ball, heavy-legged/not quick of feet, and tentative - making little errors you just wouldn't expect from him. Would be good to see him back at his imperious best ASAP.

If they go for it do we either hope Alli wakes up and takes advantage of the space or replace him with Son and let him run riot in all the open space.

Skybet were giving money away offering 13/2 on Kane to score from outside the area. I do that bet week in, week out and although the price is around that more often than not I really expected it to be lower for today's game.

3 nil away to anyone in the Premier League at half time is a great score. Going to be hard to keep it up. Let's hope this doesn't turn into a similar performance to the West Ham one.
