Edwards weekly update to yesterday (7th). Great to see the terracing going in on the South Stand now.

In my spare time I watch the odd game at the Kassam (Oxford Utd) so feel safe that we are not going to end up with a 3 sided carbuncle now!.

Was this posted a few days ago or is he using the same music?
Doesn't matter i could watch that all day.

Probably using the same music as it was only posted yesterday and was up to Saturday..
Agreed - I never tire of watching them and the webcams as find it almost mesmeric. I think I will try and get up to the stadium before one of the Wembley games just to have a walk round as not been there since the final game in May, and its come on so much since then.

Passed WHL on the train the other day, new stadium is taking shape and going to be immense. It looks Marilyn Monroe, big and beautiful!

This is almost certainly a stupid question but I've been wondering for a while - do they leave a gap in the corner of the stadium to get all the equipment (diggers, cranes etc) off the pitch area and then fill in the gap once everything is out? Or do they get the equipment out some other way?

There will be a facilities entrance /exit as per most stadiums that hope to stage concerts etc... looking at the pics, the tunnel looks likely to be able to accommodate this

Another stupid question. In the video where the compression wiring is connected to the concrete how is it connected? Is it just screwed on by some guy or do they get a machine to do it so it's at a certain tightness. I'd find it strange that something so important and fixed for so long, could just rest on a man no screwing something in place well enough. Does that make sense?

Also I find it amazing how organised this is. There was a point in the video above where it looked like someone dumped a load of wood on the floor, and I could imagine myself standing there with my hands on my hips thinking 'Now what do I do from here' but everyone is just flying around doing stuff.

You sure it's not where we can release the lions from?
