Still don't think Danny said anything that was that wrong.

The only issue is he should have, like most of our fans, waited until deadline day to judge the window...
Wasn't what he said that was wrong, say it to Poch, say it to Levy, don't say it to a journalist....it was completely unprofessional.

Beckham wasn't a wing back and played in a 4-4-2 formation. We don't; so I fail to see your point.

He played as wing back for England during Hoddle’s reign (until Anderson came in and Beckham moved until an inside right kinda midfielder).

Glad to see Rose back.

Hopefully we’ll have him or Davies available from this point on Saturday not left short at left back / left wing back.

Much as Davies has done well I’m still intrigued to see how Rose does as we’ve stepped up a level all round whilst he’s been out.

Will be good to see if Bennetts is eased in too.

Coming back at a crucial time. Get him to full speed and him and Aurier could do some real damage.

Yeah great to see him back, was really weird seeing him on the pitch for us as it's been such a long time since he's played, comes back at a perfect time as well due to the schedule.

He looked like he's been locked in a room for months Oldboy style. Will be good to have him back. Him and Aurier could offer us some explosive play on the wings.

Thought it was a very strange decision to put Rose on in midfield, especially on his return after months out. Would have thought it made more sense for him to go LWB and Vertonghen to CB and Dier into midfield. He looked a little lost but it all turned it ok.

I think he sat him in midfield for pace when counterattacking. Poch went for it.

Don’t think he wanted to disrupt the defensive shape, and they were all in sync. Rose just gave Jan a bit of protection, as he was blowing hard at the end.

Managers don't like to change 3 positions for 1 sub, especially when not losing.

Think he was asked to cover the middle playing inside out giving Jan cover when needed. Looked a bit dazed and confused when he came on but did a job.

I think he sat him in midfield because he wanted to secure that left side and he was the only viable option. Had we had an experienced CM on the bench he wouldn't have come on imo. Would have been stupid to change the back line after how well they had done, so tactically Rose was the best option to slot in there and help out both ways.

Loved him, he was one of my favourite players before he went to the sun basically trying to force a move.
It's not the point in what he said was true or not either, you got a problem you go see pochettino or levy you don't do what he done and to do it a day or two before we kicked off our season was almost unforgivable.
Really bad imo

Think it's time to move on from that personally, manager seems to have done that so I think we can.
