Think it's time to move on from that personally, manager seems to have done that so I think we can.
Yeah I agree but at the moment he's got some work to do, to get me anyway back to trusting him, I suppose.
Id love him to turn it around btw

Clearly Poch has moved on from the transfer/wages incident, the club disciplined him and the players are happy to welcome him back into the fold.
If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me...

100% agree. I think taking into account the time he's been out, he was probably a frustrated individual, he aired those frustrations in the wrong way, to the wrong people and was punished for it.

If playing for a club which backs you on one of the biggest stages in the world doesn't make some of those frustrations melt away and focus on your football, nothing will. He's always been a good character when that drive is focused on the right things - fingers crossed he's turned the corner and is back to pushing forward with us.

Whatever we think about what Rose said we are better for having him in a positive mindset and contributing on the pitch.

With Rose, Dembele adn Wanyama hopefully due back soon we will have excellent options moving into the winter period.

One of my favourite players of the last couple of season - love his passion and attitude so it's really good to see him back. What a situation to be in where we have Davies and Rose competing for that spot!

This is my favorite bit and I think it's a combination of game and man management by Poch. Poch clearly recognized early that playing in Madrid was an opportunity few could refuse and most would cherish which is probably why he took injured/suspended players that could and wanted to go with him as well.

“The plan in my head was to play some minutes against West Ham. I did well in training on Sunday and I got in the changing room and was getting ready to have a shower.

“The manager called me upstairs and said: ‘You’re doing well, do you think you could do 10, 15 minutes in Madrid?’ I said, ‘Yes, of course, no problem.’

“It’s just been an unexpected couple of days because I thought I would be watching the game on TV at home. It’s amazing he put me on in midfield as well.

“It’s been a frustrating period but this last couple of days has made it all worth it.”

If you cross Poch then you'll certainly know about it, and have to pay your penance. But he will always give you a chance to redeem yourself, and Danny has clearly taken this seriously and knuckled down. Good on him, now lets draw a line under it and move on.

Exactly. We will not get loyalty from players through bitterness or slagging them off. If we show them love then a lot will love us back. Some may fuck us over or want to leave to progress their career but they will look back on us with fondness and tell others what a good club we are. It might be enough for one or two young players to decide to join us over another team.

Don't see why. Being out for so long can hit you psycologicaly. On his day he is fantastic. Get back to playing and see how it goes.

The impression I’ve been getting from a lot of his recent quotes is that this will be his last season.

Most of his previous statements have always been about playing well and winning trophies generally “with Spurs”. Since the interview a lot of his language seems to be still Spurs related, but more specific referring to playing well “for the rest of this season” or getting back into the team and winning trophies “this season”. To me it’s like he feels it’ll be his last and there’s now a countdown on it now.

.. I’d much rather be wrong and for him to seal his rekindling with Poch with one of his standard contract re-signing poses though.
