I've been of the opinion that we need to be seeking out a midfielder next summer to replace Dembele, but if Wanyama is fucked too then we're going to need to bring that search forward to January imo.

Don't think Winks, Dier and Sissoko is enough.

I think it was pre season training.

Seems like another injury where the player disappears for weeks on end only to end up seeing a specialist and being out for a long time.

Have to keep trying with Dembele, he is so good that even if you only get 10 games a season out of him it’s worth it.

In Onomah and TOB we have a couple of mini Mousa's, not to mention Winks, Spurs need to have him passing on as much as he can to these guys, he is such a special player even if he can’t play I want him around.

Time to recall Josh. Villa are just pissing about , doubt he's learning anything on the playing side.

I'm 99% sure we can't recall players outside transfer windows now short term loans are banner, since it would in effect be the same thing.

Playing Wanyama against Chelsea has turned out to be a massive fuck-up. He was clearly not fit in that match and arguably cost us a point (not to put too much blame on an injured player trying his best), and the resulting setback looks like it will keep him out for months.
