Alli for playing in an unfamiliar position and showing a lot of maturity in it.
I didn't give him MOTM but Alli showed that he's not just a second striker and I think this was his best game for us this season by a distance.

Kane and lloris top drawer.

Alli son and aurier excellent.

Remaining defenders were very good and shut out a lot of their attacks.

Not sure about winks. Think he lost a bit of composure towards the end but earlier he was basically playing that CM role by himself. Really wanna see him alongside big vic .

Poch absolutely nailed it though with his tactics.

I looked at that starting line up with no apparent physical presence in midfield and 2 left backs on the bench and thought that either Poch had lost his mind or he is a tactical genius . What was noticeable once the game started was that we actually bypassed the midfield totally which is how the first 2 goals came. Let them have possession and hit them on the break. Reverting to that starting line up, adding the pace of Son to the mix was key to that game plan , and Son could easily have scored 3 himself.

So therefore I conclude that Poch has indeed become a tactical genius, changing our formation from match to match in a way that he never used to in his first couple of seasons.

I am so happy for Dele Alli especially and Son for scoring but you have to give MOTM to no other than Harold Kane. Hope the hamstring isn't a bad one.

Pochittenho has gone up another level with his tactical awareness the way he's beginning to set up of teams dependant of opp is a mark of development.

Giving this to Poch- his evolution as a grand tactician continues. I'm slowly but oozingly coming round to the idea that sexuality is a fluid state

Kane went up another level today for me if that’s possible.Really has become a man, physically so much stronger .Bullying other players ruthlessly.Any 1% Of doubt I had left evaporated today He is a beast.

I am just thinking how good the squad will be when Dembele Wanyama Rose and Lamela are all back and fit which looks likely by the new year..

Kane astonishes me.

About 5-6 years ago I said to LukaVanDerBale that Kane wouldn't make it as a top striker - he will end up a bit of a journeyman striker around the Championship. He had no pace and a bit of football ability.

He has made himself into a beast. His mentality is incredible. He has worked on his pace, his body, his fitness, his finishing and most of all his self-belief. He walks around with a confidence - I noticed it last season. He's a boss. He's taking on board all the coaching he's given and then some.

Well done young man - Vey proud you're one of our own.

Dele deserves praise, moved back into a deeper role and didn't sulk, got stuck in, worked hard and was involved in the game at all times
Actually, he seemed a lot happier today in that role. Truth is, he’s sorta seemed a bit at odds with himself this season. Often cuts a frustrated figure. So, really nice to see him playing with more joy.

One moment near the end summed it up - we were on the attack with Harry K in the thick of it. We lost the ball and they broke quickly. Who put in the tackle in our box to thwart them yet again? Harry Kane. Proper leader who never quits. MOM.

I can't be the only one who is astonished with how much better Sissoko is playing this season. He tucked his lip in and changed his attitude and it is showing more and more every game. Granted he came on as a sub today, he still managed to fulfill his role on the pitch and I for one am happy we didn't get rid of him this summer as he has become quite the utility player for us.

Aurier is a beast, I am smitten with this kid. I don't even remember Kyle whatever. With a few more months under Poch, I can honestly see Aurier becoming one of the best wingbacks in the league and quite possibly Europe in a year or two.

Winks is doing well as Dembele's future replacement. I have always rated the kid and for a small lad he does command the ball with decent strength. His awareness in midfield is really good and he is mature beyond his age.

This is one hell of a squad we have lads. I feel so blessed to be apart of this surge and I know we will end up at the top. Time and patience is all we need.

I'm off to go take the piss out of the 100 pool supporters who were talking that smack in the pub last weekend when I went to watch the United vs Pool game with a couple friends. This is going to be fun. :ROFLMAO:

Aurier is a rough diamond; give him a season of some Poch polishing and the boy is going to shine.
