Lol, ref blew for half-time just as we passed through them, unlucky. Skipp is sensational; he reads the play so well, can tackle, is very decent with the ball at his feet and can play gorgeous passes. That pass to edwards from his own half 5-10 minutes ago was brilliant under pressure

I think there’s 6 Or 7 in this team that have got a real chance.Tanganga is the most obvious for me right now.Reckon he could step up now against lesser opponents.

Not seen much of the yoofs recently, been pretty impressed with the speed and shape of both teams, well coached and some very good technical ability on display, we are having more possession but the final balls are letting both teams down.

Edwards has had quite an error strewn half especially towards the end - he has undoubted ability but isn't shining at all (in fact if I didn't know him I wouldn't think a lot of him). Some defo quality here though, some of these lads if they continue to progress and have the right mentality have a genuine chance of making it with us.

Everytime is see Eyoma im impressed. Theres such a calmness about his game and he very rarely gets beaten. He uses the ball well too. He hasnt got the attacking flair to play the modern fullback role and as others have said he will eventually move over to CB. Playing on the right of a back three would be ideal for him.

As mentioned Tanganga is a real beast of a defender and Madrid just cant handle him when he comes forward for corners and free kicks.

Young Skipp has looked very assured and you can see why he is so highly rated, he plays with so much maturity. Shashoua and Bennetts have looked lively down the left.

Edwards has been pretty poor so far though and his touch is way off today. If he can up his game in the 2nd half we will win this game.

Sterling played forward on the counter. FK given outside the box. Roles sprinted up to the ball and played in sterling. Madrid slow ro react and sterling brought down by a desperate sliding challenge. Edwards converts the pen. Great play by Roles.

Edwards a few bits of magic trying to create something there. He really comes alive around the penalty area. Hasn't offered much else though.
