I wonder if that Ronaldo chappie is sat there thinking "hang on, we keep signing these class players from this Tottenham lot, they have another crop of class players, and that Dutch blokey who was chatting at half time was idolised by them all.

Maybe I'm at the wrong club..."

25 years I have supported Spurs, if it never gets better than tonight I will die a happy man. Incredible. Utterly incredible.

From where we were four years ago, to this. Amazing.

Eric Dier, Jan Vertonghen, Kieran Trippier, Davinson Sanchez, Harry Kane - exceptional performances. The rest were also outstanding.

Wasn’t it Gerry Francis that refused him on a trial by saying he was “wooden”? Or is that another fable?
Think it was we wanted Christophe D'uggary and he came as a package deal with Zidane and Francis said the aforementioned.

Been corroborated by certain ex Spurs in the past (maybe even Alan Sugar?)

Unbelivable night! Dream land! Everyone of the players were sensational! This sets the bench mark for our performances!

Judt on my way back from the game. Omfg what a game and to be honest lads on another day we could have pushed for 4/5/6 quite easily. Real were chasing shadows when we decided to hit them going forward!

Fucking brilliant night.

If the draw in Madrid was Spurs coming of age, tonight was Spurs becoming Hugh Hefner.

Right now I don't care that I'm 20st+, drink too much and have a terrible diet.
Fuck it. Madrid are toast, the wankers.

I feel most pleased for Trippier, kept his head down, his mouth shut and worked hard and considering some on here have said he's not really that good, I think the lad deserves a special mention.
