Poch has said in his press conference today that Hugo and Toby have scans today so we will not know how long they are out for until tomorrow. At the moment any timescales are pure speculation.

It wasn't obvious to me from my seat as it was down the other end of the ground. I had no idea he was injured until Deschamps spilled the beans yesterday.

No, not mental. His problem was and is real. I think he's close. Maybe after the international break he can be available we hope. It's so close. For Sunday it's so difficult but maybe two weeks, he can be available for the team again.

Hmm, always stand by Lamela, but Poch is getting not trustable with his words as weeks gone by IMO.. If he could train with the lads at those intensity, putting him in the last 5 mins of a match, especially a foregone one, probably isn't a tough task?? At least named on bench, right? Just be involved within the team dynamics in a match day at the very very least.. Are we asking alot? :unsure:

Vorm got ready to go in - and it was obvious Lloris was limping and in pain after he tumbled over Ramos. With the benefit of TV replays - looks like he injured himself on the landing.

As much as we need him to be available for selection, I think having to play without a destroyer has been an interesting development for us.

We are seeing lots of little tweaks from Poch this season that I am really enjoying-playing with two up top at times, and scaring the bejaysus out of of high profile opposition with exhilarating counter-attacking football. Pragmatic Poch.

Winks, Dele and Kane should all remain with the club and work on being fit for the NLD. Much bigger fish to fry than two England friendlies. Gutted for Winks as he’s only just got in the team but it isn’t like he’ll be dropped by Southgate for missing them.
