Him giggling at the end of a game is the last thing we should be concerned about right now. We've pissed £15m away and still have no effective back-up for Kane.

Still.

What do we expect when we sign strikers who rely on service when we really don't provide much service? Just baffling, really.

Hardly Llorente's fault when you don't play to his strength. Put the balls in the box and watch him score or atleast set up chances for others.

Think still we did the right thing signing him but now we need to learn how to use him properly.

It is easy to make excuses for him but from what I have seen he has been dreadful since he came. We desperately need reinforcements up front because we cannot rely on him.

We’d Been better off getting Crouch back for nowt if we just wanted someone who will challenge for aimless high balls. I also think Crouch maybe more mobile

I know we get very attached to our players being Spurs fans, but isn't it a little too early to build a statue of Fernando Llorente? And do we really need to leave it on the pitch during matches?

I saw a few players laugh after the West Ham cup defeat, not a word about it.

That's because people on here don't care about getting humiliated by West Ham ;).

I do btw but was at the game so diddnt see the smiles and jokes etc...

He might as well be a cardboard cut out at the moment. I'll be happily proven wrong but as it stands i'd rather have Janssen back.

Let's face it, since we signed Berbatov our record of buying strikers is shocking. We struck gold with Kane and good job too.

It is obviously made trickier now because Kane is clearly undisputed number one, but I don't think that can continually be used as an excuse because this goes back quite a few years now.

Unfortunately the main problem is that strikers are simply more expensive than other players. It has always been so. They rarely represent pound for pound value and we all know that floats Levy's boat. Instead we end up with players who don't fit or are past their best etc.

Bit harsh, you have no idea his relationship with Monreal. They could go way back about same age. If an old mate banters you, what you gonna do totally blank them?

He should be fuming that we just lost a big match, he should want to kick the cat, not have a laugh and a joke with his mate.
