Why not try do it vs Dortmund and then rest the players rather than leave it to the last game?

Don't necessarily agree with resting players because I think this team needs to go away to a big European team and win. Give us more belief that we can win this tournament (not saying we will but a semi final would be great). The APOEL game is the one to rest players. We've seen it before where we rest players and we don't turn up for the league game either. Don't take any chances.

1. Because some players need a rest NOW.Always said whoever played CB against West Ham was in danger(toby) as had no rest and was right.
2. Apoel (h) is immensely more winnable than Dortmund(a)
3. If we don’t win group it’s not end of the world.But Kane or eriksen injury probably is.
agree with this generally with a couple of tweaks:

Winks (if he is 100%) Sissoko

Have a feeling Alli may not be 100% fit....if he is, he may need to do a job in midfield if Winks isn't 100%

I know this might sound silly, but I would definitely see what the weather is like. we played in a match yesterday where it rained the whole match, with a not fully fit team. if it's been pissing down in Germany (Dortmund area) this week, playing players on what might be a heavy pitch could cost us injuries we can't afford.
we have qualified, and hopefully a win v APOEL will guarantee top spot. I agree we don't want to get a big loss that could effect our confidence, but we also don't need to lose anymore players. at the moment we have Toby and Wanyama out that is hurting us. we are finding out that Llorente definitely isn't the answer, Janssen gave us so much more is work rate and assist, shame he never picked up a few goals.

Foyth should definitely start this game but I think he should also start against WBA (who will park the bus like no team ever has considering their form/Pulis).
If Wanyama isn't back any time soon we need to get Foyth ready because we can't go into away games without a proper DM again.
It needs to be Dier and Winks or Dembele and only way to do that is either Foyth or Davies play CB. Don't ever want to see this nonsense tactic of one CM who isn't a defensive mid up against multiple players and Sissoko playing some bizarre right wing centre mid running up and down that section of pitch position.

If we win against Dortmund and secures the first place, what would our team vs Apoel be like? We play Watford away before playing them and Stoke at Wembley after. I would like to see as many youth players as possible but at the same time our U23 needs to win Apoel in the UEFA Youth League to qualify. Hmmm

We can win our final home game against Appoel and still win the group I think. Not an ideal situation, but right now 'cause of injuries, I see a weakened line up against Dortmund.
