That should be Eriksen, surely.

I don't think so. Eriksen prefers to create from the hole.

I also personally believe that what we are really lacking is someone who will run at the opposition with pace, power and purpose. Get defenders running away from the play. The problem is that it's easy to identify a weakness and harder to fix it. Especially when looking for a special player.

Fair comment.

Don’t disagree, albeit don’t know who I’d drop!! Yarmalenko wouldn’t be a bad option based on two games v Dortmund.

Not really. He’s more of a playmaker like De Bruyne, Ozil.

We need a dribbler who can stretch teams imo. Could be worth trying for Zaha again.

A player like Zaha would be a great and exactly what we need. Someone who scares the shit out of defenders with pace and trickery.

In the BT commentary last night Owen Hargreaves twice said that the result in the NLD was a blimp, a fucking blimp. What a tool

So during Hargreaves commentary in the first half when Burki made the save from Dier he came out with this gem:

"luckily it didn't fall to a Spurs player there"

He actually said that. A predetermined thought for us not to succeed couldn't be clearer.

Nope. When talking about a goalkeeper's save it is pretty standard for the next sentence to be about the defence.

Saying something is lucky for one team is not the same as being against the other.

Indeed, and if Palace go down I reckon we’ll be all over it. I’m also still of the opinion that Mahrez would also be a great signing for us, but I realise I’m in the minority on that one.

I actually don't mind Hargreaves. At least he doesn't ust describe what you've just seen like 99% of pundits.

'The ball's come across, he's headed it, but the keeper's just got fingertips to it and tipped it over the bar for a corner.'

But surely we already have that in Sissoko, he certainly runs at the opposition with pace and power, just not sure what the purpose is :)

I feel that player is going to be Ross Barkley and out of the three he's the one I would like the most.

I feel he has the most potential, the lad on his day can do anything.
